Lila and Sofia are an Austin-based artist duo dedicated to creating indie pop inspired by jazz and folk. Along with receiving an Austin Music Award, the Zev Award, for young promising artists, the duo has gone on to play at a variety of iconic venues and music festivals including the Old Settler’s Music Festival, Far Out Lounge, Stubbs, and Saxon Pub. Growing up playing classical music, Lila (keys/guitar/vocals) and Sofia (Cello, bass, bvs) evoke a unique soundscape blending harmonies and strings with an upbeat, raw, modern twist.
