Ryan Hunter Band Live at The Cactus Cafe!

Thursday, February 19, 2026 - 7:30 PM CST

Ryan Hunter is a rising talent in the Texas music scene, blending country, southern rock, and ethereal sounds into a fresh, soulful style. Hailing from Fort Bend County, Texas, Ryan’s passion for music began early, inspired by the storytelling power of songs. It wasn’t until his move to College Station in 2018 that he picked up the guitar and taught himself to play.

After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2022, Ryan moved to the Texas Hill Country with a clear goal: to grow as a musician and make his mark on the scene. At just 24 years old, he has already begun to carve out a space for himself as an independent artist, drawing from personal experiences to craft songs that resonate with listeners.

Since starting his music journey in March 2023, Ryan has quickly gained recognition for his live performances, opening for artists like Drake Milligan, Kody West, Low Gap, and Larissa Boyd. With his unique blend of energy, authenticity, and skill, Ryan is poised to make a lasting impact on the Texas music scene.

This is just the beginning for Ryan Hunter, a young artist with a bright future ahead.

The Coffee Sergeants with The Azarians at the Cactus Cafe!

Saturday, February 21, 2026 - 7:30 PM CST

Greetings from the other Austin. This is not the Austin of the cosmic cowboys, or the blues wailers. Since 1989 the Coffee Sergeants have been bringing you the Austin that lives in the little wooden bungalows in the older parts of town. Definitely informed by the psychedelic experience, theirs is a vision of an Austin that’s slowly disappearing. Catch them before it’s all gone.

Kylie Hernandez Live at The Cactus Cafe!

Friday, February 27, 2026 - 7:30 PM CST

Born and raised in the “Live Music Capital of the World”, 22-year-old singer-songwriter Kylie Hernandez from Austin, Texas has had a passion for music from an early age. Growing up, she was surrounded by country music and it had a large influence on her songwriting and the artists she is inspired by, including the likes of Jessi Colter, Chaparelle, Willow Avalon, Miranda Lambert, and Dolly Parton.

Formerly a pop artist, Kylie made the shift to the country music genre after living in Nashville for a year in 2022. Since then, she has released her debut album, “In Memoriam”, highlighting her evocative lyricism, distinctive vocal style, and establishing her presence in the country music scene. The album’s lead single, “Dirt on Your Name,” earned her Music Forward’s Industry Pick title, marking her as a noteworthy emerging artist.

Kylie began a new era for her music with the release of her new single, “That’s Your Man” in June 2025 and dropped her new Lone Star state anthem, “To Texas” that following August. With more music on the way, including her upcoming single ”Good Ole Fashioned Country Love Song,” Kylie is quickly becoming an artist to watch in the modern country scene.

Sophie Gault with Lost Patterns and Hillary York Live at the Cactus Cafe!

Thursday, March 5, 2026 - 7:30 PM CST

Sophie Gault has always been a little unhinged. A Nashville-based Americana rocker with a midnight voice and an eye and ear for last call rock and roll, she writes songs that swagger, stumble, wink, and bleed. In her new full-length album, Gault triples down on the risk-taking drive that has revved her from dive bars to the big tents, crafting a record that feels at once deeply personal and side-eye defiant.

Bryan Jack Live at The Cactus Cafe!

Thursday, March 12, 2026 - 7:30 PM CST

Bryan Jack is a 4th-generation Austinite, UT graduate, and father of three whose songs live where laughter and heartbreak share the same breath. Rooted in family, faith, fatherhood, and a little late-night revelry, his writing has a way of sneaking up on you—disarming, honest, and capable of turning a room quiet in seconds.

His debut 11-song album, The Marfa Drive, has already garnered nearly 100,000 streams, with the full album release landing the evening of March 12—this show marking the official release party. The record captures a life fully lived, offering soulful, road-worn songs that move effortlessly from wry humor to deep emotion and reconciliation.

Bryan’s music and songwriting have drawn comparisons to Ray Wylie HubbardGuy ClarkBob Dylan, and Mickey Newbury—artists known for telling the truth without flinching. His songs are soulful, human, and unpolished in the best possible way.

A familiar face at the Cactus Cafe open mic since 2022, Bryan has spent years soaking up the magic of this room—watching countless artists do what it does best. Now, he steps onto that same stage for an intimate acoustic performance, featuring harmonica, acoustic guitar, and a few special guest appearances from close friends.

This will be an evening among friends, in the best listening room in Texas—one where the stories land, the songs linger, and you leave feeling a little more connected than when you arrived.
